StoragePlus' rental units are affordable and available for long term or short term hire, are individually alarmed, clean and dry. Our facilities have swipe card access, electric gates, sealed access ways, and all units have power and lighting. We also have a courtesy furniture trailer available for use by unit holders.


Security - All units at StoragePlus are individually alarmed for your protection. As you enter the complex via our electric security gates, your unit is automatically disarmed in anticipation of you accessing it. As you leave the complex, the unit is automatically armed again. The alarm is monitored, and attended 24 hours a day 7 days a week by Security One, our chosen security partner.


Facility is provided on all units for a padlock as additional security. A telephone is available for use on site, along with clean toilet facilities catering for disabled access.


Access is only available to the complex by authorised unit holders, as all StoragePlus facilities have full security fencing, and after hours security lighting for your protection.


Construction is of permanent impenetrable materials, to maintain stable temperature and humidity levels inside the units in the harsh Christchurch environment.


All facilities have been inspected by all major insurers, and qualify as Insurance Approved.
