17th June 2013 I took my ride on in for a service with under 100 hrs on the clock, I receive a phone call that $700 worth of work needs to be done, I agree to get the work done. 6 months later the drive belt snaps and I take it in, another phone call I need $800 worth of work done, this time I say no and I only want to replace the belt, the bill $400. I decide to go somewhere else for next service (Grassland Kemeu) only to find out my ride on is in Swanson and they are the same owners. My ride on now needs over $1900 worth of work done? No thanks!!!!! I received my ride on back with belts not connected and I have to connect myself. You need to improve your service and giving my ride on back not as you received it is not good business. I won't be going back there and will not recommend to friends and family.

13th June 2011 Took im my MTD ride on for service and when i got it back it was not improved. The mower went back in and had spent about $400 on repairs. Took mower home and trialled again and it was running rough on high revs. Mower has been in three times for service.
I wouldnt deal with this crowd again, I took the mower to another repair palce in West Auckland and they got the mower running as it should of. A Briggs & Stratton rep also commented that the work done by the previous people (Grasslands) was not done.
I would not recomend Grasslands for any service work. They are cowboys.
