total waste of time, got there without appointment, said i have to wait 15-20mins, i said fine. then about 30 mins later, got someone put the car on the hoist, then gone. another 15 mins later, checking with the boss, been told it is a sunday, they have to look after two shops (archers tyres and the this one), so if i want to wait fine, if not i can go somewhere else. he might not care a small job like wof. not good service and attitude. not profession at all, could not deliver what been promissed. one hour of my time on a sunday gone. will not recommend to anyone. will not go back again. by the way, unprofessional can be seen through their dress as well, none of them had working suit on, and most wear slippers. good place to be if you want waste time and money.
