The people that drive for Hibiscus Shuttles are top blokes. Helpful and really friendly, I use their services for commuting from my college to auckland airport to fly overseas.
Usually when it comes to these sort of things, I'll be sitting in the front or back, and itll be an hour long trip of awkwardness / silence with not much said and maybe a 'cheers' at the end with other transport services, which to me is balls, its like stepping in dog **** when you just got new jandals and it mushes between your toes.. when its raining, so you dont quite realise right away because it blends in with the mud, and you run into your car for shelter, then you notice the smell and its wiped over all your brake/accelerator and floor.
Nasty, noone wants that!
The guys at hibiscus however are more than happy to not only render their services but go out of their way to actually just be human beings, have a chat and be easily approachable, I even got shouted a drink just because of a 2 minute delay. Subtle things like these is whats sadly neglected alot of the time and I consider to be an important part for customer to business relations.
Will be commuting to auckland airport at the end of thise year again with these cool cats!
