I brought a Bodum Mocca from this store just over a year now. It's like a stove top espress, but with an electric base, and cost about $180. The stem inside the upper clear plastic part snapped. Bodum will not sell the upper clear part as a separate replacement part. Only option is to buy a whole new machine, which is definitely not going to happen. Customs Coffee staff were incredibly rude and did not help at all. So now i'm going to throw away a $180 dollar coffee maker because they wont suply what should be a $20 part.
