Technical Director Anny Dentener-Boswell is a prominent NZ food & dairy technology consultant with many years experience in Product Development, Labelling and Nutrition and Food Tech Software applications. With more than 1000 product labels done, she is an expert in getting all those little details right so you don't have to worry about it anymore. Being part of the winning teams for 8 NZ Food Awards speaks for itself on her skills as a product developer of quality food products.

After working 10 years in R&D as product developer and R&D manager for NZCDC (now Fonterra) from 1981, Anny has been an independent consultant since 1997 and works with numerous clients not just in NZ, but also from several overseas countries. Anny has been an invited judge to recent Massey Food Awards but had to withdraw in 2008 one as many of her clients entered. She is a regular judge for the NZ Cheese Awards and represents food type dietary supplement manufacturers on the NZFSA Advisory Forum. Anny graduated with a first class honours Masters at Wageningen University in the Netherlands majoring in Dairy Science & Technology and Food Process Engineering and also has a teaching degree in chemistry. In NZ she obtained the NZIM Diploma in Management and was made a Fellow of NZIFST in 2003.
