Jordan came to replace my kitchen tap mixer and did a fantastic job. This is the third time I have used BT Plumbing and had Jordan come to my home. He is really professional and always does excellent work. I would highly recommended him.

Happy to recommend BT Plumbing. Jordan looked after our small and larger needs in a friendly, cost-effective and professional manner. He sought solutions that would address the issue without creating extra costs to us. Great service all around.

No hot water 2 days before Xmas, never fear BT Plumbing & Gas were there! Within 1 hour of booking my job Francis came out and found the problem straight away (gas leak on change over reg that had failed). He was very professional and efficient, He explained what needed to be done and organised a replacement part straight away. That afternoon Dylan came out and installed the new part. He also was very professional and took the time to explain things to me (put my mind at rest) as I have a fear of gas. Outstanding Service, will recommend BT Plumbing & Gas to everyone I know. Awesome job guys! Maree

Ben did another good job and was on time and polite and the work was done quickly and efficiently. This is the second time e have had Ben around. We do that because we know he will do an excellent job.

Have received service from Jordan twice now, and both times he provided excellent service. Was very efficient and timely when fixing the issues but also went beyond what was required from him to fix our incinerator - which was awesome. Definitely would recommend and utilise services again!

Initially Ben came along to inspect the hot water cylinder at my home, as it has a leak. He recommended to replace as the leak was from the cylinder itself and gave me a free quote. He sounded like having a very good knowledge of the product and also very friendly. Dylan was the person who replaced the cylinder. He came on time with a big smile on his face. He is very professional and full of knowledge and very friendly person. Am highly satisfied with the work carried away and will contact BT Plumbing for any future work required at my place. Ajith
