NOW Couriers

NOW Couriers offer 3 collection and delivery cycles each business day. Typically customers can expect an item picked up and delivered across Auckland in 3.5 hours. For items collected on our first cycle, NOW Couriers offer same day services to main centre locations within a 250km radius of Auckland. North Island freight is delivered overnight and our South Island service standard is 2 days, however we also provide an overnight air service into the South Island each week day evening for consignments that are required in the South Island the next day.

NOW Couriers have 40 contracted couriers in the Auckland region and jobs are dispatched to them through the use of mobile data units. Each package is scanned upon collection, again on its way out of our hub depot and finally upon delivery, providing visibility of items on the NOW Couriers website as they move through our distribution network.

Bookings are easily made through our pin system or by setting up automatic collection times that meet your needs. Our user friendly customer service team and their 1 hour response guarantee enable you to get on with your day knowing your query is in good hands.

Packages that NOW Couriers collect which require nationwide or overnight services outside of Auckland are handled via the Parceline network with deliveries made on our behalf through the services of our sister companies within the Freightways Group.
