10th August 2011 I've been using the swap a bottle facility for the past few months or so, where I have been colleting stamps on a ''swap 9 bottles and get the 10th one free card'' where on the weekend I called into the Lincoln rd service station in Henderson to receive my free bottle but the person behind the counter ( Habi) would not honor this due to two of the stamps were not signed. I said are you implying that I stamped the card? He said no, but they need signatures. I told him that's not the customer's fault it's the staff members fault or even their manager's fault for lack of training and besides that I don't believe it needs a signature when it has the stores stamp. In the end I had to drive all the way to the Westgate service station to receive my free bottle there.
I'm absolutely disgusted that I had to waste my time and money on fuel to drive to another station especially when it was this loyalty program that convinced me to change over to the 'swap a bottle' from refilling my own.
