Being Architects and Landscape Architects PDA has the expertise to plan and design your next subdivision and development. We lead a team of consultants that are able to assemble the necessary documentation for resource consent applications and hearings for subdivision and development: We are able to carry out the following related services: From the overall landscape design, to the design the subdivision layout, building platforms and lots, to the visual assessment of landscape effects and assessment of environmental effects, and the architectural design and preparation of building consents for construction, followed by site observation and contract administration through to project completion.
