23rd August 2011 I purchased Lilash from Beauty Spot. When purchasing this I had explained i had some reaction on my eyes and have very little and few eyelashes, I am looking at the best growth, she said quite positively that this is the best product for me, and there will be a money back guarantee if they do not grow in a few weeks.
Came November I told her they still had not grown sending her photos, she said to carry on using the Lilash which I had been and I did sending her more photos last week in December and that I would like a refund like she had first mentioned. All of a sudden they had changed their company regulations and said there will be no refund, that I should get them tinted as they are very fine!!
My eyelashes have always been dark, they were not fine they were just very short and had not grown.
After going to another Beauty Specialist to apply good extensions they could not do this and could see that my eyelashes were growing and would grow but because i had very few or were little they could not do this, they then mentioned for me to look further and complain after looking at my eyelashes they were very sure that Lilash had done nothing, I had some long eyelashes (dark) but others were growing but they were very brittle and not growing as Lilash should.
Being a student I am happy to pay some extra money for a product to work but am not very upset not only to lose my money but to find this product would not work and the attitude from this lady after sending embarrassing photos to her company she now tells me I am not to get any money back.
