Terrible customer service and knowledge. Didn't know full range, refused to price match by making up excuses. I walked in ready to spend $650 and spent it elsewhere an hour later who was happy to take my money. I'll certainly be getting it serviced somewhere that has better customer service and doesn't make things up! Don't even bother with this place.

The person who atended me was rude, ironic and unprofessional, since I told him I didn't want to go ahead with the repair. He gave me back the vacuum cleaner in pieces and when I asked him to put all together he said he had to charge me for this ( I already had paid $45 to check what it was wrong). He refused to give the complaint book when I asked him for it. Never in my life I have been treated like that.

Since moving from Wellington in 1993 I have been using Clive Dick's Appliance Centre. Their service advice and appliances they have sold and serviced are,in my opinion, second to none and I've experienced some dodgy ones when shifting to the shore and trying to find closer service...........! How refreshing to do business with people and a company that are honest direct and helpful always.
