7th February 2011 Been going into the salon for a couple of years now. Have seen all of the girls there and have been happy with their work everytime. All the stylists are a pleasure and Im sure I will be going there for years to come. Would definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work ladies.

11th December 2010 Worst customer service ever. Do not go here. Popped by on a Saturday to try and get my roots done. Hair "stylist" Janelle (?) was running late so had another lady slot in to do my color. Wasn't offered a magazine or any reading material while waiting. Offer of a drink was an afterthought. Didn't appreciate cigarette breath of receptionist/stylist. Left to my own devices without being told how long it would take. My assigned "stylist" (Janelle) didn't even bother checking on my hair. Color on my ears and hairline which other salons would have taken off while the color was developing. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I did hear about her night before...late night drinking while she asked another young staffer to wash her hair while clients were waiting on her. Very very unprofessional!!! The young staffer also washed my hair. My "stylist" (Janelle) then saunters over after she had done her own hair and I promptly asked her to get rid of the dye marks around my face. To say she attempted her best to remove the dye is an exaggeration. When asked what I wanted to do with my hair, she pre-empted my response by saying that they didn't have time to cut, which I had been told about. I said that I'd like it blow dried straight (all salons that I've ever gone to for color do this). She basically said that blowing it straight would take as long as a cut. She said no and made a half-assed attempt to dry it, not even asking how I part my hair. I was not impressed at all! This was laziness and unprofessionalism at its height!!! She had earlier asked me to fill in a card with my details. I ripped that card up because I have no intention of ever going there again or recommending them to my friends. In fact, you are best to stay away. For an $80 color, go somewhere where they will actually give you some service! Not impressed. Only half a star...would have been a zero if there was the option!

22nd November 2010 i am a regular client of 7 years, have loved all the girls that work there and am always happy with the service they provide, great salon and very resonably priced for an upmarket salon compared to others out west.

26th August 2010 All mouth. Was very quick to criticise the bad haircut I had previously elsewhere and point out how it requires experience to do usch a difficult cut. When it came time for her to do it, even after being shown a picture, she couldn't do it and yet again I had to go elsewhere.
And not even that cheap either.
