11th September 2015 My produce, including dairy has been in this courier's custody for over 24 hours now. The ice with the dairy will have melted. I paid for a same day delivery. I will have to find a different produce supplier if their courier continues to be so unreliable. Because it has been delivered so late over the last few weeks, I ordered a day earlier than usual & STILL it is not here by 5.30pm the NEXT day. I left a message on the answerphone yesterday, but no one called.
The lady I spoke to on the phone today said she would contact the driver, who had apparently said he had delivered everything yesterday. She also said she would call me back to let me know what happened. Hours passed so I called again, but the answerphone is on. Not sure what to do next, have no cash, housebound & unable to get to greengrocer for supplies for the weekend.
