6th March 2013 Agree with Jeebus on this one, I was also taken off an assignment beck in Dec 2012 for reasons still unknown. I have contacted Coverstaff a number of times via phone, email I've even been to the south Auckland office to get an explanation. I realise they are a big company but I'm sure everyone deserves to know why they are no longer employed, the thing is it is now March 2013, I am finding it very difficult to find employment and cannot even get any government assistance because it seems like Coverstaff don't want to come to the party in terms of explaining why I am no longer employed by them. Stop passing the buck and treating people like this and maybe you won't have such bad reviews. This is just not on at all!
P.S I would have given you zero stars if I could have.

25th August 2012 Speaking from personal experience, we found this recruitment agency to be unhelpful and incompetent. Everyone messes up at times; however, they made no apology after causing, in our opinion, substantial damage. When they were politely asked for an explanation, they were extremely rude, and refused to accept even a little responsibility for the damage caused.
There are plenty of other choices when it comes to choosing a recruitment agency. Coverstaff is not recommended.
