7th November 2017 I contacted Barton McGill through their online platform to request a quote to relocate a table, after waiting a week I rung to confirm a price as I was eager to purchase a second hand table on trademe they asked me for relevant auction numbers so they could review and give a more accurate price which I did happily, less then 12 hours later they had purchased the table directly. After approaching the manager Peter Heald for some clarification around the matter as I was obviously frustrated by this series of events he showed a complete lack of empathy, this has left me dumb founded, plenty of other companies out there offering the same services, would suggest you do some due diligence before proceeding.
