Having had a bad experience with this company, I do not want to sound like a disgruntled customer. However, I do feel it is necessary to warn others so they may avoid the long winded battle that I have been (and am still) fighting, in order to have the company take some responsibility and repair/compensate for the damage done to numerous items of my household furniture. The removals men were so incompetant they used my own personal rug to maneouvre furniture onto the truck! The manager/owner took no responsibility and offered no apologies. Nearly all of the bigger pieces of furniture were broken, and most of the smaller pieces scratched, stained or damaged in some way. When backed into a corner the owner agreed to a refund....since then he has refused to answer any of my calls. In short I would describe this company as incompetant, unprofessional and completely unaccountable. Avoid at all costs
