17th April 2012 My In-laws used Sam's Removals to move a grand piano. The removal of the piano had to be arranged by my wife who is located in another city as her parents are new to the English language. A quote was given over the phone and the movers turned up at the arranged time to move the piano, unfortunately payment was never discussed and the removal required cash payment on drop off (confusing as surely they could have asked for the cash while picking up the piano). The office administrator then rung to organise payment and unfortunately was very rude and impatiant even though cash was easily produced with one more phone call to the in-laws. It's a bit of a shame really.
The actual movers did a fine job and only the administration was a let down for us.
