The atmosphere in this salon is brilliant, very relaxing and comforting.

My first time there was really awesome. Everyone praised my new hair style. However, second time wasnot so good as the Hairdresser apparently got distracted by other customers, busy running among us. I had my hair straightened, but this time it starts becoming curly just in 2 weeks a huge difference than the first time. My recommendation the timing is crucial.

As this is the first Japanese hair dressor in Auckland that has been approved by Kerastase (Hair Product company), the service is excellent. staffs are re-trained every 2 weeks to keep up their skills. I really appreciate how they really listened to what my concerns were and tried to find the best solution to them. I also like how people walking the street cannot see inside the salon. It has a sense of privacy and this really makes a big different when it comes to relaxing. Highly recommended.
