We prepare financial statements, tax returns, FBT, GST and handle issues and enquiries on your behalf with the IRD. We provide an alternative cost effective service for clients who might otherwise use a chartered accountant.

At Xpress Accounting we look after your tax compliance and bookkeeping requirements. When necessary we can recommend a chartered accountant or work with your existing chartered accountant. We also have access to specialist taxation advisors when the need arises for specialist advice.

Many of our clients take advantage of our monthly service. We use Banklink to download your bank statement information, and with the assistance of our fully trained coding specialists, turn this data into a monthly cash flow report, delivering vital information for you to manage and grow your business. We can then place this report (and your end of year financials and tax return) onto your own private area of our website for you to download anytime, anywhere.

Our competitive monthly fee includes not only this monthly cash flow report but completion of your GST returns, end of year financial statements, and personal and company tax returns. As your fees are paid throughout the year there are no large
End of year accounting fees.

Our services provide an alternative to using systems like QUICKEN, MYOB, XERO and other software or software as a solution systems. Using Banklink and associated products such as Invoice Plus we can provide a solution that is compatible with most small businesses. Alternatively we can provide advice on what solutions are best for your business.
