On monday 4th feb,we called into lazybones to have a cuppa.....it was the worst service I have ever witnessed......the toilet smelled, when my sister told the gentleman, his reply...I don't use them......he didn't smile the whole time we were there.....the girl then told customers they couldn't serve them as there were only 2 staff....I don't live in NZ now, but was ashamed this was the sort of sevice they are selling to tourists......We had spent a week in Arrowtown celebrating my Mother's 80th birthday....the service in all the shops was excellent.....the gentleman in Lazybones should go to Arrowtown to learn some MANNERS for a start then how to treat your customers
