Our stop at Gloria Jeans in The Palms was a mixture of good and bad. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent however the staff need to learn not to treat customers an an annoyance - no smiles, no thank you's, no eye contact.All the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else. One staff member seemed to be especially offended by my partners request to select the particular cookie that had taken her eye Smiles and friendly manners would have taken no extra time and improved the experience considerably
